With nothing else going on for the 4th my wife and I took a trip into the Highwood mountinas just east of Great Falls. We saw a couple of antelopes on the way there and a few deer in the mountains. We went up to Thain creek camp grounds and did a little bit of hiking. We plan on coing back here when my wife has better hiking boots on to do a little more exploreing. When then followed deer creek for a while and got to do 14 creek crossings, man am I glad I did the "Y" mod. This is also the best way to wask a KLR.
